Rooms & Rates for 2007
All of our rooms are individually decorated and have a private en suite
bathrooms,
cable TV and VCR, a
two line private cordless telephone with mail box and remote access, FAST
WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS, a hair dryer and
a radio, CD player or spa sound alarm clock.
All rates quoted are per day and include
evening refreshments and a
full three course breakfast served at a time of your choosing between 6:30 and
9:30 am each
morning.

The Carter Room
$125 per night
Our largest guest room on the second floor, featuring a king size four
poster bed and large private bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower combination. This room has a
single hideaway bed and loveseat with a single sleeper sofa providing accommodation for up
to 4.

The Rosalynn Room
$99 per night
Large corner room on the second floor with a king size bed, gas log
fireplace, and private
bathroom with shower. Accommodation for 2 with the option of adding a twin bed for accommodation up to 3.

The Lindbergh Room
$135 per night
Second floor room with access to a large private balcony. Queen
size bed, gas log fireplace and private bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower combination. Accommodation for 2.

The Bell Room
$125 per night
First floor room with a king size bed and queen sleeper sofa. Private bathroom with
two person whirlpool
tub and shower combination. Accommodation for up to 4. This room also has a connecting door to the Roosevelt room so
together they make a great family suite.

$89 per night
First floor room with a queen size bed and private bathroom with a
shower. Accommodation for 2 with the option of adding a twin bed for
accommodation up to 3.

Lake
View Cottage starting at $109 per night (two night minimum with reduced rates for
extended stays)
Located on the outskirts of Americus on the edge of a beautiful lake this
self catering cottage is available for short term or extended stays. One
bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen and
living room over looking the lake.
Private patio and off street covered parking. Accommodation for 2.

POLICIES

The above rates are for one or two people. The
extra person charge is $20 per person, children (under 12) are $10 per child no
charge for 2 and under.

Check-in is between 4 pm and 6 pm (later by arrangement).

Check-out is at 11 am.

Smoking is not permitted in any part of the inn.
Smoking is only allowed on the balconies, the porches, and in the garden.

Well behaved children are welcome with prior approval.

Small well mannered, and freshly groomed pets
are allowed by prior arrangement only. The charge per pet is $20, there
is also a refundable deposit required.

Reservations can be made by phone or on
line using a valid
credit card.

A 50% deposit (100% for one night bookings) will be
charged to your card at the time of the reservation. The balance is due at
check-in.

72 Hours notice is required for cancellations,
7 days for holiday and special event weekends or reservations that include a
package. No deposit refunds will be allowed for
late cancellations and no shows and late cancellations will be charged for one
nights accommodation or 60% of the total reservation whichever is the greater.
